    Courtney Humiston is a Sommelier and journalist who has been hustling in the wine industry for over 10 years— in restaurants, mostly, but also in vineyards and cellars across Northern California. A Champagne obsessive and advocate for natural and organic practices, making sparkling wine is truly a dream come true.

  • Where We Are.

    Northern California is both our spiritual home and actual home. The climate here is defined by the willfull and powerful Pacific Ocean. It can be peaceful or turbulent, just like all of us. Cheers to her and to all of you!

    I wanted to make a wine that lifts your spirit and feeds your soul, all while honouring the natural world. Because we need sparkling wine (and each other)... in times of joy and celebration; but also in times of sadness and defeat.
